Not on its own, because the gaps are the point. Wire mesh on the inside face, carried down to grade, turns it into a dog fence without changing what it looks like from the road.
Either the panels get racked so the top follows the ground, or they get stepped so each section is level and the height changes at the post. We show you both on the walk before anything is dug.
